Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of physiciansautogroup.com ("the Site") and any vehicle-concierge services provided by Physicians Autos, operated by John Pigman ("we," "I," or "the Service"). By using the Site or engaging the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Physicians Autos provides automotive concierge services, including:

• New and pre-owned vehicle sourcing from dealerships nationwide
• Factory orders for specific vehicle builds
• Dealer-to-dealer price negotiation
• Coordination of financing and leasing
• Trade-in valuation and processing
• Nationwide door-to-door delivery arrangement

2. Eligibility

Services are intended for practicing physicians and other healthcare professionals in the United States. By engaging the Service, you represent that you are an adult (18+), legally authorized to purchase a vehicle, and provide accurate information about yourself.

3. Compensation and Fees

In most new-vehicle transactions, Physicians Autos is compensated by the fleet representative at the selling dealership. This means no fee is paid by you for those transactions. The vehicle price you pay is exactly what we negotiate on your behalf, with nothing added to your bill.

In two specific scenarios, a flat $995 concierge fee applies instead:

• Used vehicle purchases — fleet-rep compensation structures apply only to new-vehicle inventory
• Out-of-network dealer requests — when you want me to negotiate with a specific dealer outside my fleet-rep network, and that dealer does not work with brokers

Any applicable fee will be disclosed to you before services begin. You are never charged without explicit agreement upfront.

4. Communication Consent

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive:

• Phone calls and voicemails at the phone number provided
• SMS text messages related to your vehicle needs and transactions (see SMS Terms)
• Emails related to your inquiry, active transactions, and occasional follow-ups

You may opt out of any communication method at any time by replying STOP to texts, requesting removal from emails, or simply telling me you'd prefer different contact methods.

5. No Warranty

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. I make no guarantee regarding:

• Availability of any specific vehicle, trim, color, or option package
• Specific dollar amounts of savings versus self-negotiation
• Exact delivery timelines (estimates are based on typical experience; actual timing depends on dealerships, transport providers, and other factors beyond my control)
• Financing approval, interest rates, or specific lender terms
• Trade-in values (estimates are based on market data; final values depend on physical condition verification)

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Physicians Autos and John Pigman are not liable for:

• Vehicle defects, recalls, or warranty issues (addressed by manufacturer or dealer warranties)
• Financing terms offered by third-party lenders
• Damages to vehicles during transport (covered by transport company insurance)
• Dealer service or warranty disputes after delivery
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind

Total liability is limited to the amount of concierge fees (if any) you paid to Physicians Autos for services related to the specific transaction in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on physiciansautogroup.com — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and design elements — is owned by Physicians Autos or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and financial information when requested
• Respond in reasonable timeframes to questions, document requests, and signature requirements
• Complete payment and financing arrangements as agreed
• Provide accurate descriptions of any vehicle you intend to trade in
• Be available to accept delivery at the agreed time and location

9. Termination

Either party may end the service relationship at any time. If cancellation occurs during an active vehicle sourcing process, any committed costs (such as non-refundable dealer deposits) remain your responsibility. I will always communicate such costs clearly before committing on your behalf.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to third-party services (LinkedIn profiles, Google reviews, dealer websites, etc.). I am not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion. If resolution is not reached, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.

12. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or engagement of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
