SMS Terms

This page describes the terms under which Physicians Autos (operated by John Pigman) sends you text messages. By providing your mobile number or opting into SMS communications, you agree to these terms.

Program Name

Physicians Autos SMS Program — operated by John Pigman at (614) 620-1700.

Purpose of Messages

You will receive text messages related to:

• Your current vehicle inquiry or active transaction
• Vehicle availability updates and sourcing status
• Pricing and financing discussions
• Trade-in coordination
• Delivery scheduling and logistics
• Paperwork reminders and signature requests
• Occasional personal follow-up after delivery (e.g., checking in on your experience)

You will not receive:

• Broadcast marketing messages to a mass list
• Promotional content unrelated to your vehicle needs
• Third-party advertising

Consent

You consent to receive text messages from Physicians Autos when you:

• Provide your mobile number on the contact form
• Text the number (614) 620-1700 first
• Verbally agree during a phone consultation
• Otherwise voluntarily provide your mobile number in connection with our services

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You can still work with Physicians Autos using phone calls and email alone if you prefer.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your active transaction. Typical frequency:

• During active vehicle sourcing: 2 to 10 messages per month
• Between transactions or pre-purchase research: Few or none
• Post-delivery: Minimal, only occasional follow-up

You control the pace by responding (or not). I don't send reminders to people who've gone quiet.

Opt Out — How to Stop Messages

You can opt out of SMS communications at any time:

• Reply STOP to any text message to opt out
• You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts
• Opting out of texts does not affect your ability to receive phone calls or emails
• You can always opt back in by texting (614) 620-1700 again

Message and Data Rates

Standard carrier message and data rates may apply. Physicians Autos does not charge for messages sent to or received from (614) 620-1700. Any charges are based on your wireless carrier's plan. Check with your carrier for specifics.

Supported Carriers

Messages work on major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket, MetroPCS, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Phone numbers and SMS content are subject to our Privacy Policy. I do not share your phone number with third parties except as necessary to complete your vehicle transaction (for example, with a dealer processing your purchase or a transport company arranging delivery).

Your phone number is never added to a bulk marketing list, never sold, and never used for any purpose outside your vehicle transactions with Physicians Autos.

Changes to These Terms

These SMS Terms may be updated. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or email to active clients.
